We are in desperate need of help for medical & housing. We have been displaced now from our condominium now for seven months.
This is due to the negligence of our HOA. We have roof damage and now I have water damage everywhere inside. This is roofing damage from two different hail storms
I’m personally disabled. I have debilitating chronic fibromyalgia, and I have an autoimmune disorder as well.
We actually lived in the condo for nine months without appliances, hot water, heat and air conditioning. We were living indoor/outdoor conditions for over 9 months
Needless to say I’ve been in the hospital eight different times already this year due to health issues and horrific living conditions.
Anything you can do to help us would be greatly appreciated!

Last, please know I’ve been battling with my insurance who will only cover a partial refund. The down side is everything has to be paid out of pocket upfront. Then everything is deprecated based on age.
Never have I lived in such conditions ever. The HOA has been negligent, abusive not only to myself. But, to all owners. We have been abused mentally, emotionally, physically and now financially. The action of the Board Members is beyond despicable.
I’m eternally grateful for my beloved companion Miss Binkie. She has literally been a God send. Best bed warmer I’ve ever had.
