Assist Angie in Battling Rare Blood Cancer and Serious Health Issues.
Angie is dealing with several severe health problems, including myelofibrosis (a rare blood cancer). In addition to these life-threatening conditions, I require ongoing treatments such as chemotherapy, blood thinners, and other essential medications, along with necessary care.
The financial strain of these medical costs is immense, even with insurance coverage. Angie is seeking assistance to help pay for treatments, hospital visits, medications, and essential care to ensure her ongoing survival.
Angie is an adored and very much-loved mother, aunt, sister, partner, friend, and grandmother (gaga). Angie needs help, and any kind of help is appreciated. She has been battling blood cancer for many years now, and a couple of years ago her cancer progressed from polycythemia vera to myelofibrosis, which has no cure other than a bone marrow transplant. Anyone familiar with our healthcare system can tell you that this is a procedure you must qualify for and be sick enough while also well-enough to withstand the rigorous procedure. Insurance will not cover a life-saving bone marrow transplant until all medications are utilized, which is what Angie is currently doing. The very medications and treatments that are keeping her alive, and able to maintain quality of life is no longer affordable, this is why she needs help.
Every contribution, regardless of size, truly makes a difference—and even sharing this fundraiser and campaign is more helpful than you realize. Angie appreciates your support, prayers, and kindness during this difficult time. 💙
