Update December 2022
Please pray for my baby sister and her family. ❤️‍🩹 we are devastated but believing for peace and grace to walk through this as a strong family who knows God is good all the time. Please consider donating here if you are moved to help them as Matt hasn’t been working for a year and Tami hasn’t since April so they could spend this cherished time together as a family and care for each other intentionally.
From Tami:
We got Matt’s MRI results back and they don’t bear good news. His tumor has grown significantly and spread. There is also a new tumor developing deep in his brain. There’s been progression of the smaller spots scattered in his brain as well as some swelling developing. I’ve been suspicious of this as I’ve seen a steady decline in his energy, appetite, motor function and cognition. For quite awhile we thought maybe it was his low cortisol levels after coming off of steroids. But the persistent nature of his symptoms made me concerned.
After a lengthy discussion with his doctor about options, as well as a second opinion, the best option for Matt is to start hospice care. They will ensure his comfort and bring a new level of medical support to our family. At this point they believe treatment would only make him feel worse and shorten his time. His tumors have stopped responding to treatment.
We continue to pray for a healing miracle.

Family & Friends, Tami wants to communicate  how overwhelmed and grateful they are for the outpouring of love, prayers and provision. Matt will be starting his radiation and chemotherapy December 22th, so please keep praying. They did find some additional spots on his last brain scan last week. We are still believing in a God that moves mountains and is good all the time. Thank you from her big sister, me, Traci,  for loving this family. They are one of the best things in my life.

Family and friends- the Miller family is in need of a miracle. My brother-in-law, Matt was recently diagnosed with “terminal” brain cancer. They are the most generous, faith-filled family and have done so much for others and now is our chance to hold up their arms and support them. Medical and other expenses should not be a worry to this family as they walk through this. We would like to raise enough to pay for their mortgage and copays for the next year. We are a family that believes God is faithful even when life doesn’t seem fair. Moses needed his arms held up as he walked in obedience into battle and now we hold up the Miller’s. Please join us in the fight. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Cor 12 Love, Traci
