In October 2025, my life changed in ways I never imagined. I was diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer stage 3 Since then, I have been undergoing chemotherapy and doing everything in my power to fight each day with strength, faith, and determination.
Shortly after my diagnosis, I lost my job as a Case Manager—a role that wasn’t just employment to me, but a calling. I have always taken pride in helping individuals and families navigate difficult times, connect to resources, and find stability. Unfortunately, not long after my position ended, the organization I worked for closed due to lack of funding. With that, I lost my health benefits and my financial stability during the most critical time of my life.
As someone who has always been the helper, asking for help is incredibly difficult. But right now, I humbly acknowledge that I cannot do this alone. The financial strain of medical treatments, medications, transportation to appointments, and daily living expenses has become overwhelming while I focus on fighting for my health.
Any contribution—no matter how small—will make a meaningful difference. Even one dollar helps ease the burden and allows me to focus on healing, strength, and recovery. If you are unable to give financially, your prayers, words of encouragement, and sharing this campaign are just as appreciated.
My goal is to beat this diagnosis and return to the work I love serving others in Case Management and giving back to my community. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly challenging time. Your compassion means more than words can express.
