My husband’s Service Dog for his PTSD is in need of tooth extraction and a tumor removal which is cancerous. Without this surgery, Suzie’s life will be shortened a great deal. We cannot afford the bill since it must be paid upfront before we can bring our dog home from surgery. We would appreciate any and all help. Thank you. Our service dog Suzie
