My name is Leon Noel I’ve been taking Mavyret a hepatitis c medication for 2 months now when my insurance ran out. The cure requires a 3 month supply to be fully recovered.
My doctor that prescribed the medication to me is Dr. Wendy McCarthy at Comanche Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma.
I had Sooner Care which ran out on me July 31, 2023. I tried renew it but wasn’t successful in doing so. I’ve tried several different insurance companies but to no avail they will not cover the costs of the last month’s supply.
I’ve been waiting a long time to get this medication in which I was very grateful to recieve it but now I’m discouraged cause I can’t get the last month’s supply that is required for curability.
I’m asking to please help so that I may be cured. I will tell you all the pharmacy holding my medication it is Great Plains Pharmacy in Lawton, Oklahoma. Anyone can call and find out that this is true and my life is dependent upon it.
Like I’ve said I’ve taken 2 months of the medication already in which I am almost out of the 2nd months supply I’m asking for help in receiving the last month’s supply please.
You all have the information in proving that I’m being as honest and truthful about it all. I’ve tried different insurance places but to no avail I can not find one to help cover this medication.
To me this is a life or death situation as I’ve waited for a very long time to be able to get this medication now that I have the chance to be free of this I’m very hopeful that there is some possible way that I will be able to complete my last month’s supply in order to be cured.
