Hello Warriors,
I am so elated that God has warriors who are warm enough to help in the time of need. Life is a journey that we ALL have to walk and we never know what’s in store for us. Often times we have plans, but they are not God’s plans. I have been a Cab Driver for over 30 years listening to people’s stories, journeys, life ambitions, family dynamics and more, but with JOY. I love interacting with people and appreciate all of them that travelled with me near and far.
At 76 Y/O my life has taken a new journey. Never thought the Cab Driver Business would take a downward spiral and the rules of the country would make customers leary about being visible. All of the changes have affected my Business and caused my finances to take a decline. I’m facing eviction, lights turn off, plus now having to buy insulin. Within the last week I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and it was extremely high. I am very lethargic right now and trying to adjust to the new saga. My sciatic nerve in my leg is affecting my movement and making it difficult for me to navigate. The cost of the insulin is $69 and I need Gabapentin for my leg. I thank God that I finally found out what was wrong with me after losing over 36 pounds.
Don’t know at this point which direction I’m heading, but hoping that someone will have the heart to help me to get back on foot. Please pray that God will open a resourceful avenue for me to become self efficient. Thanking each of you in advance for your support and kindness.
