SYSTEMIC FAILURES+CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
I am in desperate need of assistance for EMERGENCY SAFETY EMERGENCY RELOCATION EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION to regain safety and stability far from my abusers.
In June 2025 I was illegally locked out of my Los Angeles County home without warning where I spent 3+ months battling severe retaliation for reporting abuses occurring within the property. I repeatedly sought peaceful+safe relocation + remedy the lawful respectful way and was ignored at every turn, failed.
On October 29, 2025 with an active unlawful-detainer case that was about to force the landlord to pay my relocation fees, a red-tagged unit, and zero court order or writ of possession, I was arrested on charges that remain completely unexplained as no crime was committed. Period. By me at least.
I spent nearly 34 days in L.A. County jail, three weeks of them unable to bond out at all. Grueling, life altering days.
The very next day, everything I own was thrown into a 10×10 storage unit. My car was towed from the street, impounded, and sold. My livelihood, and much of my property appears deliberately destroyed. We have accessed to storage to find ALL of my computers including my main iMac (used for photography only), my Macbook Pro, 2 of my sons laptops, 1 of my Windows laptop (a Samsung), My son’s Meta quest Oculus headset, My DJII Osmo, and my Security Cameras were absent the storage providing enough evidence of Grand Theft and Evidence Tampering. Two devices were accessed AFTER my arrest according to google and in the meantime, My entire life, gone in 24 hours…. from systemic failures.
Although I’ve retained legal representation for the egregious actions against me, that won’t rebuild my life now.
I’ve been silently suffering from severe autoimmune disease (positive ANA, doctor-declared permanent disability), cholesterol that spiked to 220+ from the stress + jail food, dental trauma so bad my teeth are breaking and bleeding daily, and severe PTSD from this matter. I’m finding it difficult to even function.
Even after a 34 day stay in County Jail, 30 seconds after posting for help, my perps found a way to view my profile and continue the stalking and harassments. I’m terrified beyond belief and am having difficulty even functioning.

- I’m not giving up until I’m cold and blue. I still believe in justice, I still believe God will deliver, and I’m asking for help so I can stay on my feet in court, at the doctor, and for my child.
I’ve already survived the worst day of my life.
Now I’m building the comeback one court filing, one doctor visit, one day at a time.
WHATS THE GOAL?
I begin University again January 2026 in pursuit of a Criminal Law Degree I don’t have much longer to obtain, work as a paralegal/photographer while going to Law School.
Get into a Place close to Pasadena so my Son can remain at the school he’s in until High School
Eventually fight for those in my position, lawfully.
