I wanted to share a bit about my mom, Claudia, with all of you. She’s an incredibly strong and determined woman with an enormous heart, and always puts those she loves before herself. Her closest friends mean the world to her! Being born and raised in Germany, she has a unique and vibrant personality that shines through with her quick wit and humor. Claudia is a devoted grandmother to five grandchildren and a loving mother to my brother and me, with a large extended family who love and cherish her. Before her diagnosis, she was always on the go! She worked hard as a welder for most of her life until her knees gave in. Despite her physical difficulties, Claudia is determined to live life to the fullest and has so many more experiences she’d love to have. I would be grateful if you could join me in supporting her throughout her leukemia journey, as she deserves every comfort and worry-free moment possible.
Additionally, it’s important to note that my mom is not the type of person who typically asks for help. As such, it would be greatly appreciated if no one shared this fundraising campaign with her until after her treatment or until our fundraising goal is met.
