Hello my name is Catherine and I am asking for help in anyway that I can for the amazing, supportive, dad, and husband of our family. My husband, Herbert, is facing a very expensive eye surgery. Our insurance covers all but 2000 dollars of this surgery. I have just lost my job on the sixteenth of January, 2026 that i have been with for 3 years. Putting us in this bind when we did not think we had one. I am doing everything in my power to come up with this while I do spark and amazon flex, and it is not even coming close to the amount that is needed. But I am trying EVERYTHING.
Everything we have in our account at this time is for household bills. He works his butt off to support our family. Myself and our 3 children Melodee, Mykenzee and Maciee. He is out of the home 4 to 6 days a week. If we can’t get the funds to get the surgery done then he will lose his job that he loves oh so much as well. He is an OTR trucker and he has to have this to pass DOT.
