Hi there!! I was diagnosed with Triple Positive HER 2 Breast Cancer in early March 2025. On April 1, 2025 I and my 2 daughters left our 2400 sq. ft. home of 20 years and moved to a very nice camper on my Mom’s property, but we left nearly everything behind. In June we had to move again. This time we ended up beside a small, beautiful lake, in another (smaller) camper. My husband and I had been having problems after 25 yrs of marraige, but what I was facing, and he wasn’t acknowledging told me that I could not battle cancer and my husband at the same time. The divorce hearing in July went terribly, I thought at the time, and he got to keep our house until at least August 20. Even though I paid the June payment. But, then I realized the Judge actually did me a favor. I was still focused, or trying to be focused, on getting better. The Lake was right where I was supposed to be!!
The house is listed for sale, He is supposed to be responsible for the July payment and I don’t think he will pay (it’s July 20th now). Because I can’t work full time until my last 2 treatments are finished I am seeking help covering the payments until the house sells. If it defaults, I will have no way of funding a future, post Cancer.
