My top bridge was knocked out and can’t be fixed, and the posts also broke. My lower teeth are a mess as well. Insurance covers some, but not all. I need extensive dental work including extractions, dentures, and four posts for the lower dentures. This has been a huge setback for me, both physically and emotionally. Dental work is not just about appearance—it’s about being able to eat, speak, and live comfortably.
Getting this dental work done will help me with work, as I am in sales and really can’t meet people without my smile. It will also be better for eating and speaking, which affects my confidence and ability to do my job. Right now, my income has been affected, and I don’t have the funds to do this. It feels like a catch 22, since I need my smile to work, but can’t afford the dental work without working.
I have never done this before, but I am hoping there are folks that understand this dilemma. Insurance pays for almost nothing. I was shocked at the price, however not surprised given that all dentists are doing this now. TAhis has been the lowest price option, due to having to remove roots and build up the jawbone so I can take dental appliances. I really wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
Thanks for reading and hopefully helping. I appreciate any of your support, whether it’s sharing, donating, or simply sending good thoughts. I cannot find anyone to loan me the money, so your help means the world to me. I just need some help so I can work and make a living. God Bless!
