I am making this post to try and raise funds for my Uncle, 42 year old Joseph Sherman Jr of Devils lake North Dakota, funeral who passed away on Sunday, 13th of April 2026 in grand forks, ND from heart failure. This go fund me was set up by me, 19 year old Talon Iron hawk, to help my grandparent with funding for the funeral so they wouldn’t have to worry to much during this difficult time. Me and my family were fortunate to spend time with him during his last days with us and we are severely heart broken to have had him pass on from this life. The wake and funeral services are on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of April 2026 in devils lake, North Dakota. I’ve never done this kind of thing ever before and I’ve found it pretty hard to announce family business online like this but I do pray and hope that some people can help me and my family out this difficult time especially my grandparents Joseph Sherman Sr and Elaine Sherman who’ve had to see their son go before them. Like I’ve said before I have never done anything like this before and it pains me to do so but I just want to be able to help my grandparents in any way I can.
