Michael had to go back to the ER last week because of pain. There they found out that he had fluid build up around his heart. But his aorta repair is holding. His medicine has been tweeked and he is now home again. But he won’t be able to go to work for a good while. If anyone would like to donate to help cover some of his bills, it would again be greatly appreciated. Please share and lets see if we can get this months mortgage paid.
An update on Mikie. Mikie has been able to go home from the hospital. He’s still in a lot of pain, but he is a miracle according to all the doctors. They say he was one good sneeze away from death. Now Begins the long road to recovery. But we know he can do it. He’s a fighter. Please continue to keep Mikie in your prayers. Thank you to everyone who has supported him and made donations. He is truly grateful.
Mikie Floyd wasn’t feeling well. when he began throwing up blood, his mom took him to the ER. After tests and scans at Roper hospital, they discovered he had a torn aorta and he had emergency heart surgery yesterday evening. The doctor told his mom that if he had waited another day, he would not have survived. It’s still touch and go for a few days.
Mikie is only 48 years old. He has a great job, but it is uncertain how long it will take before he is healthy enough to go back to work. He has a physically demanding job so he must be completely healed. The pay is hourly, so no work, no pay.

He’s the person that brings sick friends food, rescues neglected dogs and helps others where ever he can. He recently bought a house that he shares with his mother and 2 rescue dogs. Now he needs our help. Please donate to help Mikie pay his mortgage, electric and water bills, and care for his beloved canine companions. And though he has insurance, there will be many medical bills before this is all over. This will include hospital stay, rehab, adaptive devices for the house, medicines and all the incidentals that go with being ill.
Thank you and if you can’t donate financially, please say a prayer for his recovery.
