🚘 Help Us Keep Moving — One Car for One Incredible Family
Life’s journey is full of twists, turns, and roadblocks—and right now, ours has hit one we can’t steer past without your help. Right before summer, we had to sell our old truck. It was never going to pass smog, and I couldn’t risk driving my family around all summer chancing i could get pulled over and lost the truck and leave them stranded—who knows where, and with no way back.
I’m Chris, and I’m raising funds to help secure a reliable used car for my family. We’re a tight-knit household: me, the most beautiful wife on Earth, four kids living at home, and two grown kids out making their own way in the world. As a dad and a husband, I’ve always felt its my duty to supply and support my family—making sure my family had what they needed, no matter what.
But lately, transportation has become our biggest challenge.
We’re a busy household juggling school schedules, doctor visits, groceries, and family commitments—and with no dependable vehicle, every day feels like we’re walking uphill barefoot both ways. Ride shares and door dashing groceries for the month can only go so far, but my wife does her very best to make it work with what she’s got to work with. it’s never her complaining rather it’s me and the kids, and it bothers me to tell the truth because it my job to supply for my family and its real hard being that I’m on disability do to a fire when i rolled my big rug off donner summit when i was 23 years old, leaving me 70% brunt all over my body making it a Challenge to walk everyday let alone work everyday do to open wounds on my leg,”but honestly the challenge was always accepted”, so with wife taking care of her big baby husband leaving her on a fixed income too from selling the truck what little bit of money to buy another car we had fall short do to an unexpected bill What we need now is stability, and it starts with something as basic and critical as a car.
Not just any car—a used, reliable, safe vehicle that can carry my wife and our children with dignity, warmth, and a little breathing room.
We’re not looking for luxury. Just something that works. Something that gives our family freedom again. Something that can get my kids to school without worry and allow my wife to have the independence she so deeply deserves.
