I am trying to help a good friend of mine, Keith Moulton who needs a lot of help, but will not ask anyone for help. Here is his story.
Back in 2022, he had lost his job. He asked the mortgage co. if he go on a forbearance. They told him that they could do that and what he did not pay in the meantime, all his payments that he missed would go on the back half of the his mortgage.
When he came off the forbearance, the mortgage co. told him that I had to pay the full escrow amount for the time he was on forbearance in full now.
He had tried to work with the mortgage co. to start to pay it back. That mortgage co. sold his loan to another co. telling them that he was behind on his payment.
He tried to make arraignments with the new co. to catch up on his mortgage.
He tried to make a partial payment and they said that it has to be the full payment, they will not accept a partial payment. Now they are threating to foreclose on his home.
I don’t want to him lose my home. He did find another job, it does not pay as well as the other job he lost.
This land has been in his my family for over 100 years.
